Gretchen Rubin and Joshua Becker Talk Happiness & Habits

Best-selling author on habits and happiness Gretchen Rubin recently interviewed Joshua Becker, author of The More of Less: Finding the Life You Want Under Everything You Own. Rubin asked Becker about the choices and habits he follows as an advocate of simple living, or what is often referred to as minimalism.

Eight years ago, Becker discovered minimalism and founded the popular website BecomingMinimalist.com, where a large community has grown of people who want to downsize their possession in order to increase their quality of life.  Becker shares what he and others have learned about the rich benefits of living with less in his new book The More of Less.

As a guest on “The 700 Club,” Rev. Samuel Rodriguez, author of Be Light: Shining God’s Beauty, Truth, and Hope into a Darkened World, put out a call to Christians to not curse the darkness but to use their energy to “Be Light.”
