Authors of CONVICTED on New “Huckabee” Show

Jameel McGee and Andrew Collins, authors of Convicted: A Crooked Cop, an Innocent Man, and an Unlikely Journey of Forgiveness and Friendship, were guests on Governor Mike Huckabee’s new program “Huckabee” on TBN on Dec. 16.  Governor Huckabee  asked McGee and Collins to please keep telling their story. “I don’t know of anything more powerful to help us through forgiveness and grace, but also racial reconcilation, than the story that is represented by you two men.”  Watch the full interview here. 

 

 

Hillsong Founder Brian Houston Releases New Book March 2018

Brian Houston, Global Senior Pastor of the worldwide Hillsong Church and President and Executive Producer of the popular Hillsong Music, with songs sung by more than 50 million people each Sunday, is set to author a new book with WaterBrook, an imprint of the Crown Publishing Group, a division of Penguin Random House. There is More: When the World Says You Can’t – God Says You Can is scheduled to publish in the United States on March 20, 2018, and on March 19, 2018, from Ebury at Penguin Random House Australia.

Houston’s book comes as his international network of churches has experienced exponential growth, now in 20 countries across six continents. Hillsong’s U.S. congregations have approximately 20,000 in attendance per weekend.

Christian Satire Site Babylon Bee To Publish Book May 2018

The founders of The Babylon Bee, a widely popular Christian website known for its satirical take on Christian culture, have signed an agreement with Multnomah, an imprint of the Crown Publishing Group, to publish How to Be a Perfect Christian: Your Comprehensive Guide to Flawless Spiritual Living, releasing May 1, 2018.

Kendall Davis, Associate Editor at WaterBrook and Multnomah, acquired world rights to the work in print and digital formats from Andrew Wolgemuth of Wolgemuth & Associates.
