  • This sounds like a book I SHOULD read. I have been on an antidepressant since late 2002, I believe it is, and although a Christian, I can’t seem to shake the depression. It could very well be a chemical imbalance for me, or it could be because the first 44 years of my life I wasn’t a Christian and was generally a loner and more down than up. Lots of things, I believe, contributed to the depression (mainly a lot having to do with my mom…things that have come to light in the past almost-4 years since she and my dad died), but I would love to be a “normal” person, be off the meds and the necessity for an every-3-months’ visit to the doctor for a meds check, and be willing to do things other than stay at home (I am very much a homebody).

And right now my husband has been out of work for just over 2 months, and I don’t work for pay, so cannot get this book. Yet. 🙂

Sorry for rambling! Blessings to you…
