The Male Factor is the singularly best business book for women I’ve read in years. This well-researched yet  thoroughly readable book is rich with rare insights into how men really see women in the workplace—and how with a few simple adjustments you can even the playing field.”

The Male Factor provides that translation. We no longer have to guess at what makes men tick in the workplace. Shaunti Feldhahn asked them, and amazingly, they told her!”

This book was a great book to show the differences between men and women.  I believe this book is not only important to have in the workplace, but it also applies to working with men in your daily lives. Some of the things that were shown in this book was really strange to think that men understand things the way that they do.  Itâ??s amazing to me how God made their minds so different from ours! I would definitely suggest this book...

I love Shaunti Feldhahn's writing. While this specific book didn't speak to me at this point in my life (since I am not in the Workplace), her writing is still great. Her favorite book of mine was a joint venture with her husband called For Women Only/For Men Only. It's a two-in-one book where one side of the book is for women and the other side is for men. It's a great book for understanding the opposite sex. I would definitely recommend For...

I read the book, "For Women Only in the Workplace" & liked it. It is a real stretch for me as I usually read fiction books. I like the book & feel the author did her homework before writing this book. It is a real eye opener to me to see the way that Men & Women view the workplace so differently. It was amazing to me that men can seperate even close friendship when it comes to work. There is a work life and a personal life and they are very...
