I have been an admirer of Ollie’s since I worked at FEMA from 1981-84 and he was at NSC. I watched his Congressional hearings in the late ’80s and marveled at his ability to handle that challenging situation. I have two distinct personal encounters with him that I would like to convey, but I would like to be sure that he, himself, is the recipient. He will not remember me because we did not speak directly, but his decisions impacted me. Do you have an address that I can communicate directly with him?
