In his book Hope, Help and Healing for Eating Disorders, Dr. Jantz, PhD with Ann McMurray, brings one on a journey of self-exploration. When I was 16 my cousin, Shannon, died from anorexia. However for the purpose that it was written for, I would say it does a good job. Dr....

Pleasantly surprised, I found the book to be easy to read and engage with. While I could not connect well with the target audience (I have never had an eating disorder) I appreciated the counseling perspective the book gave me....
