Develop the Art of Self-Challenge

Tired of dreaming about changing your life? Ready to change it? You came to the right place.

Jason Jaggard has developed a simple, direct way to practice the art of self-challenge. It requires a willingness to take healthy risks and is energized by the involvement of a small group of fellow risk-takers.

Here are just a few of the Spark insights that lead to lasting change:
· More resources are available to you than you realize.
· Living a changed life works best when a few friends get involved.
· When you relearn what “good” is, you experience more goodness in your life.
· Taking a healthy risk is always worth it, even if you fail.

When you practice the art of self-challenge, you notice that your life and the world around you start changing for the better. It involves doing the one thing that only you can do: take responsibility for your life. So go ahead and take your first risk: open this book and start reading.

Maybe I am a little over-optimistic as I read through different books. I like a lot of books because I believe I can get something from just about any book out there. The point in reading for me, outside of shear pleasure, is to engage new thoughts, ideas, and concepts that I would have never embraced or realized on my own. I have read many reviews on Jason Jaggard's book titled Spark: Transform Your World, One Small Risk at a Time. Some of...

I found this book to be very inspiring. It is well written and reads very easily. I have been challenged and inspired by the author to do something new and different. I do believe it was a little heavy on promoting his company and his organization; but at the same time I do realize it was necessary to refer to it from time to time in order to get his point across. I would highly recommend this book to anyone looking for that little spark...

Jason Jaggard's book is a relatively quick an easy read. However, his writing style is not typical. Rather than the usual paragraphs and transitions, his style is more reminiscent of the book of James where the author has a series of thoughts, which may or may not be connected, that he is trying to get across to the readers. That said the author provides many insights which can be helpful, if readers take them to heart and apply them. ...

When I first saw the description to this book I was intrigued. This is the type of book that I love to read, one that sets off a 'fire' or in this case a 'spark' into my normal/mundane/run of the mill/24-7 daily grind. The book cover promised an exciting read with a very colorful representation of what I was to experience in the pages to come. Starting with the introduction this book had, it spoke of taking risks. Risks that we need, not...
