Breaking Free from Fear is a short study book that guides the reader to actively read and answer the questions in each lesson. Each lesson gives a breakdown of the root of fear to living free of fear. The purpose of this study is to break the barrier of being in fear to start living free. Fear creates negative thinking, bad illusions, misguided actions, and highball of emotions. It damage your spiritual body as well as your physical body, it can draw you into claustrophobic. The Heavenly Father does not want us to live in fear, but to live victoriously. However, in order to live victorious, we must break the stronghold that fear has over us and believe that we can be over comers. I recommend this book for those that want to eliminate fear from their lives.

I received this book for free from WaterBrook Multnomah Publishing Group for this review.
