The Girl's Still Got It - book review

If you enjoy reading the Bible book of Ruth, you are sure to love this book!! Liz Curtis Higgs, from Louisville, KY, has written a very in-depth book on the small book of Ruth. In fact, the book of Ruth only has four chapters, but Higgs' book took four chapters to cover the first chapter from the Bible!! She really goes into detail about the customs and ways of that time period.

She actually takes us along as if we are there in Moab and Bethlehem right along side Ruth, Naomi and Boaz, that wonderful kinsman-redeemer! The Girl's Still Got It is wonderfully written and really helped me to understand the book even more.

If you are interested, but not quite sure you want to read this book, why not check out Chapter 1 and see how it starts. I would almost guarantee that after that first chapter, you will be ordering this book to read the rest!!
