In 'Dinner with a Perfect Stranger', the author, David Gregory tells a simple story of two men having a conversation over a meal. It all starts with the arrival of a mysterious envelope. A man (Nick) receives it alongside his junk mail and credit card applications. This envelope throws him off-balance and into a conversation with a man who is willing to discuss every topic under the sun (with high regard to religion). This man also calls himself Jesus and knows a lot about Nick and things going on in his life.

This book puts you in the place of Nick and makes you think about what it would be like to have something like this happen to you, and also how you'd react to it. Would you go along with it all just thinking the man was being crazy, or would you simply just start to believe?
