I LOVE reading ALL of Cindy’s books especially since my upbringing is Mennonite. I was born/raised Mennonite in Kansas & now live in rural Az. where I don’t have any Mennonite connnections so reading Cindy’s books helps take me back to my ‘roots’ & feel connected again!!
Cindy’s books are always fantastic. I never want to put them down until I’m finished. After I’ve read them I pass them on to my old room mate and we have light hearted arguments the entire time she reads them about what should happen!

I haven’t read Cindy’s books but my wish list has just been expended. lol I did read excerpts and can’t wait to read the books. I love Amish books and have always wanted to go to a Amish town and see how they live and check out the covered bridges. I was lucky enough to go with my sister and cousin last Sept up the St. Lawrence and stopped in several places in Canada and one stop (don’t remember which) we saw 2 old covered bridges. It seems most are being replaced and I hate to see them go but understand the traffice today is just to much for them.

I want to visit the Amish community so bad. My daughter and I had planned to go one a trip to Pennsylvania but I got sick and had to have a kidney transplant.
